Amirah sangat suka tgok tv sekarang.... kartun tuh tak payah cerita laa... papa went home a bit late on Friday.. mama really wanted to watch the opening ceremony of olympic... so, mama quickly took amirah upstairs and switch to olympic channel 816. Amirah played on the bed next to mama while mama was watching the opening ceremony. without mama realizing it, amirah actually watched the opening ceremony together with mama... she was so fascinated with the opening ceremony especially on the part when a small girl wearing a red dress singing a song and a part when the national athem of China was played where the children raised their hands up. She really enjoyed watching the ceremony that she also raised her hand up imitating the children when the national anthem of China was played. what a brilliant daughter laa Amirah ni... mama and papa are so proud of you, dear

9 months old

08/08/08 - Amirah genap 9 bulan hari ni... what a nice date today... happy birthday sayang... sekarang amirah dah pandai duduk... dia belom boleh merangkak tapi aksi merangkak tuh dah ada... cuma setempat sajer... dari keadaan nak merangkak tuh, amirah sudah boleh pusing dan duduk dengan sendirinyer... we are so proud of you,dear.... genap 9 bulan hari ni, skill amirah dah bertambah lagi... Finally, Amirah managed to take a few steps crawling. lepas setapak dua merangkak, dia kembali ke posisi meniarap.... she's also very fascinate of the stairs... nampak tangga aje, dia akan minta orang yang dukung dia to hold her so that she can stands and steps up the stairs.... aiyooo... bahaya laa ini macam... papa ngan mama kena ambil remedial actions ASAP!

papa dah balik

Papa came back from Japan on saturday evening. earlier that morning, mama and mak chak took amirah out to the gardens and midvalley for shopping and strolling around.. we put her inside the Graco stroller so that we didn't have to carry her around plus the graco stroller able to carry her bags as well as our shopping bags too. hehe... as usual, she was happy looking around and smiling around to all people that she saw, tegur semua orang sampai byk orang geram kat dia,, nak picit picit pipi gebu dia tu... after sometime she asked her mama to take her out from the stroller. dah penat kot duduk lama sgt dalam tuh... once mama carried her out, dia punyer happy laaa... sampai terlompat lompat. punyer excitednyer dapat keluar, terkinja kinja sampai sakit belakang mama dukung dia... semua orang geli hati tgok kerenah amirah yang terkinja kinja tuh.... after that, we went to the airport to pick up papa.. at KLIA airport, we decided to try her new Maclaren stroller, tgok dia okay tak using the super lightweight stroller compared to the graco. Cuma maclaren nyer stroller ni tak muat untuk letak bag susu and pampers amirah yang banyak tuh.... we waited quite sometime for papa since this time, papa had to wait for his checked-in luggage. Usually, papa takde checked-in luggage. papa bought a golf bag and a putter, tuh yang kena checked-in tuh... amirah nampak aje papa, punyer excited nyer dia.. terkinja kinja mintak papa dukung...... for the whole weekend after papa came back, mmg dia buli papa dia habis habisan laa... asyik nak melekat dengan papa aje... kalau mama dukung dia ke mana mana, papa kena ikut sekali... kalau dia nak tido, papa kena tido sekali.... mmg amirah ni anak papa laa....

almost boleh merangkak

since a few weeks kebelakangan ni, amirah sudah mula angkat punggung dia, macam gaya nak merangkak. bila angkat punggung aje, dia asyik gerakkan punggung dia ke depan dan ke belakang pas tuh ter tonggek tonggek. kelakar laa... bila laa anak mama ngan papa ni nak merangkak... asyik mengesot aje dari hari tuh... tapi mengesot nyer dah semakin jauh.. sekarang ni kat rumah, kitaorang dah pasangkan playard gate 'lindam' yang bentuk hexagon tuh, so that bila nobody's around ke, dia boleh main kat dalam tuh.. takde laa dia gerak jauh jauh nak membahayakan diri... so, dekat living room kat rumah tuh aje, dah jadi macam children nursery. baby nyer satu aje tapi dia punyer equipment, macam boleh bukak childcare center kat situ. ada area yang kitaorang locatekan playpen/baby cot dia, depan tv ada playard hexagon dia so that dia takde laa boring sangat main dalam tuh and ada area luas yang kitaorang letak soft "ABC" mats so that dia boleh main freely. we really enjoy to look at her when she play by herself.

right now, papa is outstation. Somehow, mama and amirah terasa sangat papa takde di sisi. both of us miss papa so much. malam malam biler papa takde, amirah nak tido pon susah... dia akan tido lambat sangat.. itu pon jenuh pusing ke kiri, pusing ke kanan, ade aje tak kena.. sebelum tido tuh, dia akan sebut papapapapa.... my 8 months daughter dah boleh sense papa is not around... everytime, mama will remind amirah, papa takde, outstation..papa banyak kerja... nanti papa balik, yer sayang.. sedih jugak tgok dia macam murung aje.... mama tak dapat bayangkan camner laa biler papa pergi italy nanti... camner mama nak bagitau amirah yang papa cannot celebrate amirah's 1st raya and 1st birthday together... tak sampai hati mama.... mama pon kena kuatkan hati, sayang.. can't wait for papa to get home... nanti kita pick up papa yer...
